Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: we offer free shipping on all orders.
Total Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Order Transit Time
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Transit Time: 6-12 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cutoff Time: orders placed before 03:00 PM (EST) process the same day (EST) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping Process
Tracking: a tracking email is sent once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged: contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost: contact us to initiate a carrier investigation.
Customs Duties & VAT

Customers are not required to pay duties and VAT; they only need to cover the product(s) cost and shipping fees.

Most of the process of international shipping is beyond our UNICA Milano control, it will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather, and international couriers. The specific situation is determined by the workflow of the domestic logistics provider in your country/region, but we will do our best to provide the best international shipping experience.
Possible Reasons for the Order Delay
- After arrival at the destination airport, local customs inspection.
- The local post office did not update the information when the last delivery was made.
- The customer does not fill in the mobile phone number so the delivery information is missing.
