Refund policy

At UNICA Milano, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

The Return Process

Please note that our warehouses are located in China. The customer is responsible for arranging the shipment and covering all associated shipping costs to one of our warehouse locations.

1. Requesting a Return

To initiate the process, please contact our support team at support@unica-milano.com with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items).

Important: The specific warehouse address for your return will be communicated by our team only after you have submitted your request via email.

2. Return Shipping

  • Trackable Shipping Only: The customer must ship the package to the provided return address using only trackable shipping methods.
  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.
  • Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

3. Evaluation

Our warehouse department in China will receive and inspect the package. We will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Refund

If the refund is approved after the warehouse evaluation:

  • We will refund only the product value.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 15 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
